Reporting to our Head of Projects & Execution, you'll focus on managing key customer and business partner relationships while ensuring seamless integration with product development activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading projects from conception to completion
  • Managing internal engineering teams and fostering a culture of ownership
  • Coordinating with R&D teams, product development, and other departments for successful project delivery
  • Facilitating communication between teams to resolve issues and drive success

You'll work closely with project, sales, and delivery teams to achieve timely and quality project outcomes. This includes managing budgets, tracking costs, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take on additional responsibilities including:

  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and team performance
  • Mentoring and developing team members through coaching, training, and professional growth opportunities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Formal Project Management training or experience
  • Engineering qualifications or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience in complex engineering or software projects

You'll be motivated, organized, and skilled in communication and people management. A high regard for health and safety systems is also essential.
