About the Role

We are seeking a talented Speech Pathologist to work independently in a busy GP clinic in Sydney. You will have full business and admin support, allowing you to focus on providing clinical services.

As a Speech Pathologist in this role, you will have the opportunity to set your own business hours, choose your clinical caseload, and billings. You will also have access to in-house Speech referrals, as well as optional Injury Management and Prevention casework. All consumable costs will be covered, and you will receive strategic marketing and business development support.

This is a full-time position, with part-time considered. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of private practice clinical experience.

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • SPA registration and professional indemnity insurance
  • Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of private practice experience
  • Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management (desirable)
  • Ambitious and self-driven
  • Outstanding communication and networking skills
  • Excellent writing skills and experience writing reports
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
