We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Admissions Coordinator to join our busy day surgery team. The successful candidate will provide superior customer service, administrative support, and coordinate patient admissions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Book appointments and hospital procedures">
  • Manage patient data, correspondence, and invoices">
  • Process financial eligibility and admissions">
  • Prepare quotations for surgeries and consultations">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar position. You will possess excellent time management skills, the ability to multitask, and establish efficient office systems. Proven ability to manage your own workload and work effectively in a small team environment is essential.
