Specialising in custom solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential projects, they are known for delivering top-notch scaffolding that meets all trades' needs without additional modifications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage equipment, materials, and resources to ensure projects stay on schedule.
2. Oversee procurement and logistics for seamless project delivery.
3. Generate and review accurate quotes to win new business.
4. Collaborate with clients on custom scaffold plans and site assessments.
5. Lead projects from acceptance to completion.
6. Manage team schedules, prepare SWMS, and ensure seamless coordination.
7. Maintain a forward-looking work schedule and coordinate staff rosters.
8. Oversee stock control, gear movements, and ensure efficient yard operations.
