We are seeking a skilled General Practitioner to join our leading rural practice in Tasmania. As a locum GP, you will be working closely with a permanent full-time doctor, providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
With 15-minute standard consultation times, your workday will run from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with an hour-long lunch break each day. The clinic is a bulk-billing facility, primarily serving a population of around 2,500 people.

The area offers a range of accommodation options, beautiful beaches, and stunning landscapes, making it a popular destination for holidaymakers during warmer months.

Your BenefitsAs our locum GP, you can expect:
- A competitive daily rate of $1,400 plus 2 or 3-bed accommodation
- A fair percentage of chronic disease management within the population
- Full-time nursing support and allied health services
- Cover provided in the GP clinic and assistance with the weekly nursing home round where possible
To be eligible for this opportunity, you must have working rights in Australia and specialist registration on AHPRA.
