Key Responsibilities:- Provide crisis support and ongoing counseling with trauma-informed responses to victims of interpersonal trauma and their families.
- Develop and maintain effective professional community networks.
- Demonstrate high-level written and oral communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Prioritize work, manage stressful situations, and work independently.
- Prioritize professional development, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
- Possess a current unrestricted driver's license and willingness to drive/travel as required.
- Tertiary qualification as a Social Worker and eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Feminine gender is a genuine occupational requirement.
- Demonstrated skills in crisis support and ongoing counseling with trauma-informed responses.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective community networks.
- High-level communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
