Quality and Risk Professional

This pivotal role supports clinical leaders in driving quality and risk systems. The Quality and Risk Professional promotes a culture of safety and excellence through effective coordination of quality improvement initiatives, incident management, consumer feedback, and accreditation processes.

  • Coordinate and support accreditation and compliance processes.
  • Lead teams in continuous quality improvement and clinical governance.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics to meet targets.
  • Manage quality systems including incident reporting, complaints, compliments, and feedback.

Essential qualifications include:

  • AHPRA registration.
  • Minimum five years' post-graduate clinical experience (nursing, allied health, or other).
  • Strong leadership skills and experience driving quality improvement initiatives.

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Quality or Healthcare Management.
  • Postgraduate or Master's level education.
