Customer Service Team Member

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Member. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing outstanding product knowledge and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service through excellent product knowledge and communication skills
  • Ensure stores are open and ready for customers, with a focus on maintaining a tidy shopfloor and setting up promotions and sales
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to maintain high standards of store presentation
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and research features and benefits to provide recommendations to customers
  • Support the store leadership team with assigned tasks in line with departmental expectations
  • Report any safety hazards or concerns to management to ensure a safe working environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-service role is desirable
  • A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to provide service to multiple customers
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations with a personable approach to customers
