Vetting Team Leader

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned leader to lead, develop, and manage a team of Vetting Analysts delivering services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personnel vetting, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting objectives and targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and develop team staff.
  • Manage team resources (people and equipment).
  • Undertake Vetting and Quality Assurance activities.
  • Provide timely reporting to the Branch Manager.
  • Collaborate with other Team Leaders to ensure cohesive operations.
