Enterprise Release Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Release Manager to support the delivery and implementation of enterprise release management practices across business and technology functions.

About the Role:
  • This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced banking environment, coordinating complex release activities and aligning processes across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with IT release managers and stakeholders to design and embed release management processes across enterprise delivery streams.
  2. Coordinate and maintain release artifacts, calendars, and workflows to support structured deployment cycles.
  3. Liaise with development, testing, and change management teams to ensure readiness across all stages of the release lifecycle.
  4. Assist with procedural documentation and training efforts to onboard teams into new release practices.
  5. Support integration of release practices into operational frameworks, ensuring alignment with governance, risk, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience in release coordination or support within large-scale enterprises or financial services environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder engagement and collaborate across multiple business and technology teams.
  • Solid understanding of release and change management, including dependencies, test cycles, and cutover activities.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills with experience in drafting procedures, process flows, and release plans.
  • Comfortable working in structured environments with multiple concurrent projects and regulatory oversight.
  • Prior experience in banking, payments, or financial platforms.
  • Familiarity with Informatica (PowerCenter or Cloud) for data movement and integration.
  • Exposure to ITIL-based change and release frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery models using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of enterprise test and deployment coordination across integrated systems.
