Compassionate Caregiver Opportunity

As a dedicated caregiver, you will have the rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support services that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal and domestic care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Empower clients to live independently and make informed decisions about their lives by promoting autonomy and self-reliance
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families through effective communication and empathy
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery and provide backup support when needed
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as first aid, medication management, and dementia care
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged and Disability or equivalent qualifications
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check and working with vulnerable people certificate
  • Current or willing to obtain first aid and CPR certificate and up-to-date vaccination against COVID-19
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle for transporting clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
