Personal Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated support worker to join our team and provide essential services to support clients in their daily lives.

The role involves providing personal care such as showering, grooming, and dressing, assistance with person transfers and mobility, meal preparation, light household duties to maintain a safe and clean environment, and respite care and social support to enhance wellbeing.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing personal care services to clients in their homes or community settings
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks for clients
  • Providing light household duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Offering respite care and social support to enhance wellbeing

Successful candidates will be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment where contributions are valued. We offer competitive pay with weekly processing and 24/7 coordination support.

About You

Previous experience in providing personal care and domestic services to people with a disability or within the aged care sector is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support, Disability or equivalent
  • Current First Aid Certificate HLTAID011
  • Current CPR Certificate HLTAID009
  • Manual Handling Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Check
  • Full Driver's Licence and access to own car
