Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Administration Officers to join our Health Informatics team at St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba. As an Administration Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of healthcare services, while also contributing to the development of our organization's administrative systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Health Information Services Manager and other team members
- Assist with the development and implementation of administrative systems and processes
- Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in administration, preferably within a healthcare environment
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with digitizing records is desirable
- Exceptional computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
