We're seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Digital Advisory Graduate.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending client consultations, summarizing client requirements documents, conducting market scans and research software vendors, collating responses from software vendors into easy-to-interpret charts and summaries, researching new technology against specific or broad criteria for suitability, creating checklists and instructions for clients, preparing data for import into various Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, providing hands-on support for software solutions, cleaning client data, learning new applications and setting up/configuring within a specific software stack, and creating documentation for clients on how to use solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend client consultations
  • Assist in summarizing client requirements documents
  • Conduct market scans and research software vendors
  • Collate responses from software vendors into easy-to-interpret charts and summaries
  • Research new technology against specific or broad criteria for suitability
  • Create checklists and instructions for clients

About You:

You must be currently studying towards a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or Information Systems. Additionally, you should value integrity and professionalism, enjoy client service and helping people achieve their goals, be comfortable working with different clients, and possess a can-do attitude, resilience, and commitment to continuous learning.
