Job Title: Content Creator Expert

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Content Creator Expert to join our team. As a key member of our documentation infrastructure, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that meets the evolving needs of our users.

Your primary focus will be on crafting captivating documentation that complements our innovative services. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams to ensure accurate and effective documentation, driving user understanding and promoting our market-leading position.

  • Create Engaging Documentation: Develop clear and concise documentation that accelerates users from novice to power users.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with engineering, product marketing, and customer enablement teams to ensure seamless documentation.
  • Agile Environment: Ensure documentation stays aligned with software developments in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Communication Skills: Write, edit, and present information effectively.
  • Documentation Support: Coordinate illustrations, translations, and resolve documentation bugs.
  • Tech Savviness: Liaise with training, development, and sales teams for accurate documentation.

Requirements:

  • Technical Writing Experience: Solid experience in technical writing is essential.
  • Clear Communication: Ability to write clear and concise documentation.
  • Product Familiarity: Familiarity with on-premise and SaaS products is required.
  • Technical Knowledge: Appreciation of technical concepts like HTML, J2EE, and XML.
  • Authoring Tools: Experience with single sourcing authoring tools is preferred.
  • Methodologies: Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Education: Degree-level education is preferred but not mandatory.
