
Senior Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our human resources, organisational development and workforce planning functions.
The successful candidate will architect a world-class people strategy that powers business performance across every region and time zone we operate in. Reporting directly to the CEO, and forming part of our executive, this role serves as the strategic steward of our most critical asset, our people.
This is a rare opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a senior role that not only sets the standard for excellence in human resources, organisational development and workplace health and safety but also leads with empathy, integrity and a commitment to cultural intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a forward-thinking global people strategy aligned with business goals
- Foster a values-driven, inclusive and psychologically safe culture that inspires high performance and belonging across all levels of the organisation
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure consistency, risk management and continuous improvement in HR policies and practices
- Lead the design and delivery of strategic learning and development initiatives that support workforce requirements and operational readiness
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to unlock synergies and improve organisational effectiveness
- Executive-level experience in Human Resources, Organisational Development and Workforce Planning
- Proven experience leading people strategy within a national and/or global, matrixed organisation preferably from within engineering/manufacturing domains
- Acute business acumen, pragmatism and a commercial mindset
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at executive and board level and align cross-functional teams around shared goals
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
