  • Casual position in Sydney Inner West Suburbs
  • Flexible working hours with ability to provide availability in advance

You will work closely with customers to bring real spaces to life by planning and executing 3D scans for Virtual Tours. This involves travelling to numerous locations, liaising with onsite contacts, and helping customers harness the power of virtual reality for easy and convenient property inspections.

We value attention to detail, time management, adaptability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About us

We specialize in creating seamless Virtual Experiences using 3D scanning technology and boast the largest collection of Matterport Pro2 scanners in the Southern Hemisphere. Our Virtual Tours connect people to commercial real estate, property sales, event and entertainment spaces, and more.

About you
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service
  • Current driver's licence, reliable motor vehicle, and willingness to travel between sites
  • Exposure to Real Estate industry & photography
  • Friendly, fun attitude with love of contributing to team effort
  • Digital literacy and passion for learning new digital skills
