About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Building Supervisor to join our team on a challenging and exciting project. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for running multiple sections of the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run your own sections of the project, such as ward fit-out and Emergency Department
  • Liaise with subcontractor supervisors on works in progress
  • Manage works in accordance with the Project Management Plan
  • Have a strong focus on personal and team safety through our 'Safety is My Way' initiative
  • Ensure your team is fully skilled and has the required resources to meet productivity targets
  • Drive productivity and manage the performance of your team and subcontractors
  • Lead and coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors daily
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Management, Clients, and Government Authorities
