Sales Territory Manager Opportunity
Job Description:The Sales Territory Manager is a key role within our sales team responsible for driving new opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships in the Hobart territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through solutions-based selling methodologies.
- Manage and maintain a rolling orderbook and pipeline with existing and new customers, ensuring alignment with regional objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and gather industry insights to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the region's overall performance.
This role requires a strong ability to identify customer, market, and industry insights to shape sales direction. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to the success of their sales team.
Requirements:To succeed as a Sales Territory Manager, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- At least 3 years' experience in field sales, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Ability to identify customer, market, and industry insights to shape sales direction.
- Understanding of sales process methodology and the ability to translate product features into value propositions.
- Positive and influential presence, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
