Coal Quality and Supply Chain Manager

As part of our team, you will lead and support a small group focused on optimizing coal quality and logistics to meet the varied demands of our customer base.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in MS Office and experience with data analytics or logistics software. They will also have demonstrated track records of initiating and delivering Continuous Improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with both domestic and export specifications by managing coal quality processes.
- Implement and oversee quality control measures across mining and processing stages.
- Develop and maintain blending forecasts to support optimal product delivery and meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate logistics to support reliable and timely coal delivery.
- Conduct audits and performance assessments of quality and logistics systems.
- Collaborate with the Technical Services and Production teams on initiatives to improve coal quality, supply chain efficiency, and throughput.
- Leverage software tools and systems to track, report, and improve coal quality metrics.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the team on coal quality issues and solutions.
The lifestyle for this position operates on a Monday to Friday roster with one rostered day off per month, supporting a balanced and residential lifestyle in Mudgee or nearby towns.
