Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Manager to lead our restaurant team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability, including sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses.

You will lead teams through providing clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve amazing food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage restaurant teams to achieve sales and profitability targets
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  3. Manage food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses to achieve budget targets
  4. Ensure high standards of quality, safety and hygiene are maintained
  5. Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge
