Job Opportunity: Experienced Workers' Compensation Lawyer
We are seeking a seasoned workers' compensation lawyer to join our insurance practice in Darwin.
The role involves working closely with the defendant insurance legal team, covering Statutory Insurance matters including workers' compensation, recoveries and compulsory third-party claims.
This is a fantastic opportunity for professional growth and development, as well as the chance to work with interesting clients and alongside highly regarded partners and lawyers.
About You:
- At least 5 years of post-admission experience within Workers' Compensation;
- Ideal experience on the defendant side, but we also consider candidates with a plaintiff background who are keen to transition into a defendant practice;
- A genuine interest in contributing to the growth and success of our insurance practice in Darwin;
- Clear, concise legal writing skills;
- Strong attention to detail.
