The role of a Business Operations Specialist involves providing crucial support to the organization by coordinating administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing correspondence and preparing various reports;
- Providing administrative assistance to projects and programs;
- Organizing in-person events, team meetings, and forums; creating meeting materials, minutes, and other documentation required for senior staff;
- General project administration services to all staff working in the team.

For this position, strong knowledge of organizational processes, proficiency in contemporary office systems, and experience in providing administrative support in a dynamic workplace are essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also vital, along with excellent communication skills.

**Key Requirements**
- Proven experience in performing a range of administrative support functions in a modern office environment;
- Experience with SharePoint, ECM, and Oracle considered favourable;
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the capacity to use initiative and flexibility in managing a multifaceted workload;
- Relevant qualifications desirable but not essential.
