About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and diligent execution of projects from feasibility to handover. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and support a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors while working closely with our Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Pre and Post Contract duties, ensuring seamless project execution
  • Facilitate bank draw down reports, maintaining accurate financial records
  • Responsible for variations and progress claims, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • Lead and support a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Quantity Surveying in Australia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with consultants and key stakeholders
