Home Care Support Specialist

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Support Specialists to provide personalized care and support to clients with aged care and disability needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide care and support to clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity
    • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
    • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
    • Manage medication and administer injections as required
    • Support clients with mobility issues, including transfers and mobilization
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Diploma or certificate in aged care or a related field
    • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
    • Current first aid and CPR certification
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
