About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A big heart, patience, and a genuine desire to improve seniors' lives.
  • While previous aged care experience is desirable, it's not essential – we're focused on finding individuals with the right attitude and approach.
  • You must be personable, compassionate, and able to build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Be prepared to travel up to 20 minutes to and from client locations, using your own reliable vehicle and holding a valid Australian driver's license.
