Children's Program Coordinator

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of children.

Job Description:

As a Children’s Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the running of one of our OSHC services. You will help design and deliver fun and exciting programs and activities that cater to the needs of our young clients. Your primary goal will be to create a safe and engaging environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of daily programs and activities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless program delivery
  • Provide exceptional care and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and achievements

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with children in a similar setting. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A current Working with Children’s Check and valid Working Rights to work in Australia are also essential.
