Job Title: Barista Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Barista Trainer to provide high-quality training and support to key accounts and café customers across metro and regional areas of Australia.

As a Barista Trainer, you will work with a team dedicated to all things coffee, build meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues, and continuously learn about the latest industry trends and regulations.

This is a full-time position based in the Brisbane Metro region, requiring occasional regional travel every 4-6 weeks. You will have a company vehicle and flexibility to accommodate travel.

Required Skills:
  • Experience as a head barista or trainer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of coffee industry trends and regulations
