Job Summary:
The Senior Investigation Officer plays a critical role in providing specialist complaint handling, assessment, and investigation expertise to key projects and functions within the State Government of Victoria, Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and prepare submissions to external bodies, ensuring timely and accurate information.
- Provide specialist advice on or lead projects to develop internal policies, procedures, and guidelines, aligning with regulatory governance and compliance standards.
- Lead or assist with investigations, complex complaints, and own motion proposals, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Team Support and Development:
The Senior Investigation Officer will provide support, advice, and development to a highly capable and cohesive team, ensuring they meet key operational goals and targets.
Requirements:
- A 1-page Cover Letter addressing the Key Selection Criteria.
- A Resume, no longer than 5 pages.
