Software Engineer, Open Source and Linux

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our globally remote engineering teams. This is a full-time role with opportunities to work on a wide range of languages and systems.

This is a competitive program designed to identify teams and projects that align with your skills and interests. You will work with experienced engineers and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions.

Key responsibilities include shaping product roadmaps, designing user experiences, writing high-quality code, developing expertise in key programming languages and Linux system knowledge, engaging with users and the open source community, responding to customer issues, and understanding enterprise requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with a strong academic record
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Python, Rust, C/C++, Golang, JavaScript, and Java
  • Experience with Ubuntu or other Linux distributions
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and going above and beyond to achieve goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, accountability, and self-awareness
