Job Title: Occupational Therapist for Children

We are seeking experienced occupational therapists to join our multidisciplinary team and make a difference in the lives of children.

Job Overview:

This role involves managing an allocated caseload, delivering timely therapeutic services, and providing evidence-based interventions to help children enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services.
  • Assess children's developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each child.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help children enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

Requirements:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
  • A pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing your skills.
