The ideal candidate will have experience within the employment services industry, as well as demonstrated skills in customer service, sales, contact centre, or recruitment.

  • We seek a confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services.
  • Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities are key, alongside a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.
What We Look For in Candidates

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.

Candidates must set up a myGovID to access Government data aligned to the role.
