Casual Teaching Opportunity

Multiple positions available at our Kangaroo Point Campus, offering onsite parking and a supportive, inclusive environment.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced ELICOS Teacher to join our team. As an ELICOS Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching, providing support to students, supervision and marking of assessments.

This is a casual position Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 1:15pm.

The role includes:

  • Face-to-face ELICOS training and support to international students
  • Validation and moderation of assessment tasks and resources
  • Conducting students' assessments
  • Updating and reporting students' learning progress in collaboration with the academic and admin team
  • Assisting in the validation of the English Program

We are looking for someone with extremely well-developed communication skills, a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, staff and international clients. You should have teaching experience in a similar context and a demonstrated ability to teach effectively. Additionally, high level organizational, problem solving and customer service skills are essential.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree + TESOL qualification (minimum Certificate level)
