About Our ServicesWe provide a continuum of care and support through an integrated mental health framework approach, including clinical interventions and wellbeing supports.
Key Responsibilities:- Support consumers in understanding and managing their mental health challenges and developing daily living skills and self-care practices.
- Develop group work programs to assist consumers in building their skills and transitioning back to their community.
- Facilitate re-engagement and maintenance of family relationships, providing resources for accessing support.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team, supporting recovery-oriented practice and clinician interventions.
- Tertiary qualifications in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in theoretical approaches, practices, and service responses, including trauma-informed theory and cognitive behavioral therapy.
- A lived experience of mental ill health and recovery or experience caring for someone with mental ill health is desirable.
- Experience in assessing need and working collaboratively to plan goal-focused recovery using evidence-informed approaches.
