Job Title: Site Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to oversee the entire construction process, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of activities across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise contractors, fostering a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment.
- Inspect completed work to ensure the highest standards of quality craftsmanship are maintained.
- Monitor timelines and milestones, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within set parameters.
- Enforce safety practices in line with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Guide and mentor tradespeople, ensuring compliance with the company's Safety Management System and internal procedures.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction, with a focus on low- and medium-density developments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage, motivate, and direct on-site teams.
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- A QBCC license is required.
