**Opportunity**

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Site Supervisor (on the tools) to join our team and help drive our projects to success. This position would suit an adaptable, quick learner with a great work ethic and can-do attitude who is also keen for career progression within our dynamic company.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Daily on-site organisation of the team and trades
- Co-ordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines
- Oversee and manage quality of trades and finishes
- Read and interpret plans and specifications accurately
- Hands on carpentry - completing all aspects of the trade
- Work to schedules and budgets
- Liaise with clients and building managers
- Co-ordinate, schedule and manage deliveries to site
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, project manager, clients, and other stakeholders
- Work with the Project Manager in programming of upcoming works
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site
- Ensure WHS standards are met at all times

**Qualifications and Experience**

The successful applicant must have:

- Trade Qualification preferably in Carpentry
- A valid Driver’s License & Construction White Card
- Have access to a full kit of reliable trade appropriate tools inclusive of vehicle (which can carry materials) during work hours
- Extensive carpentry or other equivalent trade experience preferably with some experience in the remedial sector.
- Demonstrated experience supervising/managing construction projects, including overseeing multiple trades, across multiple sites simultaneously
- Strong understanding of the end to end to build process
- Ability to prioritise and schedule work, manage a diary and work to tight timeframes
- Strong understanding of WHS site requirements
- Mixture of residential and commercial experience (preferably both)
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues to achieve excellent work quality
- Strong understanding of Construction Plans and Specifications
- Current first aid certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
- A good level of computer literacy

Pay: $72,953.04 - $146,548.74 per year
