We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Corporate/M&A team as a Senior Associate.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to high-profile corporate transactions, provide expert advice, and work closely with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- To contribute to complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and provide support in advising on corporate matters.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of significant transactions, working collaboratively with colleagues and external parties.
- Minimum 1+ years post-qualification experience in a top-tier or mid-tier firm, preferably in corporate/M&A or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in M&A transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets, and/or FIRB.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
