  • Develop environmental strategies to minimize waste and enhance sustainability.
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor and improve logistics performance metrics.
  • Prepare and manage annual logistics budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build strategic vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Partner with Planning, Procurement, and Retail Operations teams to align logistics with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the warehouse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in logistics management, with a proven track record of leading complex global distribution operations.
