Clinical nurse educators play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of nursing staff within healthcare environments. As a clinical nurse educator, you will be responsible for coordinating, delivering, and evaluating clinical nursing education programs at a ward/service level.
Main Responsibilities- Create and implement educational programs to support nursing staff in providing evidence-based patient-centered care.
- Evaluate education outcomes and provide clinical supervision to support the development of nursing staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance education and practice.
- Support the implementation of health system standards and policies to ensure high-quality patient care.
This position is responsible for coordinating, delivering, and evaluating clinical nursing education programs at a hospital. The successful applicant will provide clinical supervision to support the development of evidence-based person-centered nursing care.
Requirements- Degree-qualified registered nurse with current registration with the relevant health authority.
- Postgraduate qualifications in nursing education or a related field.
- Proven experience in education or training roles, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
