The role of a Customer Service Associate is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and career in a collaborative work environment.
This entry-level position reports directly to the Store Manager and involves delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting the store team.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain all areas of the store to the highest standard, including visual merchandising and stock management.
- Support the store team by executing routines and processes efficiently.
- Ensure accurate execution of store routines and processes.
- Assist with the induction and training of new employees and further development and training of existing employees.
- Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other team members to resolve issues and improve performance.
- Minimise stock losses caused by store damages and internal/external theft.
We are a dynamic family owned business operating independent supermarkets in the Central West and Riverina areas of New South Wales.
