Job Description

As a Trainee Educator at Goodstart, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members. You will comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies, procedures and requirements. Building strong relationships with children and families is essential, as well as actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must have a willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care. A permanent right to work in Australia and strong communication skills are also essential. Good time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well individually and as part of a team, are highly valued. Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are necessary for success in this role.
