Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of complex Java Spring Boot applications, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with customers to identify and prioritize opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
- Develop and implement solutions to automate vulnerability remediation and analysis.
- Work with the automation Center of Excellence to assess and identify ITPA and RPA opportunities.
- Manage a team of developers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and timely delivery of agreed-upon deliverables.
- Identify and implement process improvements, resulting in cost benefits for customers.
- Track and report security incidents, improving alerting to capture issues earlier.
- Act as a liaison with customers to ensure application availability 24/7 with zero downtime.
- 7+ years of experience in supporting and delivering Java Spring Boot applications for insurance and banking customers.
- Strong knowledge of AWS concepts, including instance monitoring and health checks.
- Expert knowledge of Splunk and Dynatrace alert creation and handling.
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases, including RDS and DynamoDB in AWS.
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
