We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Engineering Practice as a manager responsible for the development and maintenance of AI skills among engineers.

The successful candidate will work closely with the technology skilling team to ensure that training programs align with our goal of raising engineering skills, particularly in AI.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive AI skills framework
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted programs

  • Experience working with Agile ways of working, including tooling such as Jira & Confluence
  • Demonstrated risk & cost management mindset
