Project Coordinator Job

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the design process, coordinate consultants, manage documentation, and ensure design solutions meet client requirements.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with architects, consultants, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and liaise with project stakeholders
  • Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Identify and resolve project issues quickly and effectively
  • Lead project meetings and ensure smooth communication among team members
  • Oversee project progress and identify opportunities for improvement
About You
  • Qualified Project Coordinator or similar background
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in project coordination or architectural delivery
  • Proven experience with commercial or high-rise projects
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
