Lead Salesforce Technical Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a highly-skilled and energetic Salesforce Technical Manager to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business success through technical expertise and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction for critical enterprise production systems, ensuring system performance, scalability, security, and error-handling/recoverability.
Architectural Solutions: Design and implement architectural solutions, guiding technical resources on non-functional requirements.
Team Management: Manage and mentor technical resources, fostering a positive team culture and promoting continuous learning and development.
System Monitoring: Monitor system health and performance, proactively addressing errors, bottlenecks, or capacity issues.
Process Improvement: Identify and deliver continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of timelines and removal of blockers.
Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a technical leader in a similar role.
Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce and related technologies.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Collaboration: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
