Defence Civil Engineer

A challenging role has arisen for a seasoned Civil Engineer with expertise in the Defence Sector to join our NSW team and contribute to the delivery of defence projects.
Main Responsibilities- Project coordination, design management, and multidisciplinary project management for defence civil projects.
- Developing a culture of exceptional performance within the team by establishing workflow processes to take a design from feasibility to detailed design.
- Providing coaching and mentoring to young team members on technical expertise, project planning, and execution as well as business development activities including opportunity identification and securing projects with clients and industry partners.
- Participation in the transport leadership group to help define and shape strategy to respond to market needs.
You will be a qualified Professional Engineer (CPEng) or Engineering Technologist with Engineers Australia (or equivalent Professional Society), with civil engineering experience from a consulting environment. A particular focus on general civil projects with strong links to the Australian Defence sector is required.
