Job Opportunity: Senior Business Strategy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable business strategist to join our team.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders and business units across the organisation, gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping processes, and identifying improvement opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gather, validate, and document business requirements by engaging directly with stakeholders across multiple business units.
  • Map current and future state processes, identifying pain points, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of initiatives by producing high-quality documentation (requirements, user stories, process maps).
  • Support delivery teams in scoping, feasibility assessments, prioritisation, and planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a consulting role.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and interpret business requirements across multiple units.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience, including with senior management.
