Morgan McKinley is excited to be partnering with a well-known Organisation in the Financial Services sector to recruit a Senior Strategy Manager

The role will assist the Strategy team provide business insight and direction on the strategic issues facing business; undertake analysis and research supporting the organisation's strategy initiatives; support business planning; support development of presentation materials and papers.

Your responsibilities within the Strategy team will include;

  • Adhering to the Code of Conduct.
  • Driving key strategic projects and business initiatives to deliver to the organisation's strategy.
  • Preparation of presentations and papers for the Board and Leadership Team
  • Supporting organic and inorganic growth initiatives
  • Lead input and analysis for the Business Plan and annual Business Performance Review.
  • Distilling strategic insights from industry syndicated research, industry papers, and analyst reports to stakeholders.
  • Deliver stand-alone strategic problem solving on prioritised business programs.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key related teams
Candidate Characteristics:
  • Financial services and Wealth Management experience
  • 2 or more years of strategy experience
  • Risk mindset
  • Strong practical problem solving through the application of strategic models and frameworks
  • Analytical mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong networking and influencing skills
