Customer Service Ambassador

- Serve customers on the counter and respond to phone and email enquiries in a timely manner.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers to achieve business objectives.
- Be an expert in product knowledge to assist customers in finding products they need.
- Work collaboratively as a team member to present our branch in its best light.
