Senior Risk Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Consultant to join our team at RSM Australia. As a Senior Risk Consultant, you will be at the forefront of all client interactions and provide on-the-job training to junior members of the division.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct internal audits, control assurance, and risk management consulting engagements with multiple teams.
- Assist in planning client deliverables, including strategic internal audit plans and scope documents.
- Execute fieldwork and document findings, maintaining the audit file.
- Identify and draft client reports on findings and issues.
- Participate in business development activities and coordinate with other divisions.
- Address technical issues and prepare position papers.
- Develop and train team members, and manage the internal audit team.
- Relevant tertiary degree and/or qualification.
- 2-3 years of professional practice experience.
- Strong communication and client-centric skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of practice development skills.
